Example ~ If you enter "Teriyaki" you can find businesses with "teriyaki" in the name. The search is not case sensitive.

Please be advised that the records returned in your search are only those businesses that have registered with the City of Federal Way. If you do not find the business you are looking for, it may be that the business is not registered with the city.

House# Street Name

Examples ~ House#: "4008" and/or Street: "320th"

Please Note: You may need to search by BOTH the Address and Parcel number to find all issued permits.

For Street Names, do NOT enter a street direction (N,S,E,W) or street type (St., Ave., Blvd., etc.). A list of possible addresses will be returned for review and selection.

10-Digit Parcel/Tax Lot Number

Example: "192104 9047"

Please Note: You may need to search by BOTH the Address and Parcel number to find all issued permits. There is a space between the first 6 numbers and the final 4 numbers.

If you do not now the parcel number you are looking for, try searching the property database based on an address.

Year Registration#

Example: Year "06" and/or Registration # "100153"

Note: The Year is 2-digits and the Registration# number is 6-digits in length with
the Type being a 2-character value
